Here we are, Easter weekend, and I hope everyone has a Hippity Hoppity Happy Easter! I've got a lot to share this weekend. So we'll start off with a buttload of pictures. My mom and dad spend quite a bit of time playing with me (or sometimes giving it their best effort when I'm not in the mood). I have a thing for strings, mostly, and dad made that tall scratchy thing in the pictures, though I've yet to use it. This one's all about my mom playtime. And then there's some additional mom stuff:
Easter Sunday, which is a joyous day in itself, is an extra special day 'round here because my new mom is turning 50 years young! A milestone, for sure, but compared to me, she's still a babe (dad says the same, only I think he means something different) because technically, I'm about an annoying teenager's worth of human years older than her, so, yeah.

Happy Birthday, mom. I know I have my, umm, quirks (dad says you'd know ALL about that), but I think I love you already even though we're still getting to know each other.

We love this supremely happy post, Smudge! To be honest, we knew that it wouldn't take long for you to fall in love with your new family and get into play and cuddle mode.
We are sending lots of good wishes to your new Mom on her big birthday. Our #1 celebrated that one before any of us were born.

OMG I AM SO SORRY I MISSED THIS!! EXTREMELY BELATED BIRTHDAY WISHES TO YOUR PAWESOME MOM!!! Hoping she had a wonderful birthday!!! FYI she is quite compatible with your Dad.
