Well, Thanksgiving was peaceful and quiet 'round these parts. Dad had to stay with the big mutt for the week, but mom went over to his boss's house so they could enjoy a quiet turkey dinner, complete with mom's homemade twice-baked potatoes, fresh green beans, a bottle of wine and a couple of slices of cheesecake with fresh berries. From what I hear, dad will be on dog-sitting duty again over Christmas. I'd put up a stink about sharing him, but I'm getting to the age and at the point of not giving a crap about such things. Anyhoo, dad's once again weeding out his "Smudge" folder, and decided that the following shots pretty much summed things up post-Thanksgiving. Whatever.
Who am I kidding- these are me 99.99999% of the time, whether there's a holiday or not.

We hope they shared their Thanksgiving meal with you, Smudge. And We purr-fectly understand the post-Thanksgiving pose. That could be Us - after effurry meal (mol).
Those are lovely pics, Smudge, especially the close-ups!

It was nice that they were able to share their Thanksgiving dinner together. I hope some turkey was brought home for you. The first and last photos of you are adorable.
Smudge you look twice as nice as that dinner sounded. Lynn and the man who rubs my belly had something called lasagna. I did not partake of it. However, I probably looked a bit like you in a turkey coma. Hope the mutt enjoyed the company as much as you and yer mom probably enjoyed the quiet.
Smudge, don't they know that you enjoy using them as your beddy?
Smudge MOL MOL sounds like the best Thanksgiving day you slept undisturbed all day and what a feast the staff had.
Felines all have PhD's in Sleepology

You're adorable, with or without biscuits on the side! lol Best wishes to your lovely family.
Looks like Smudge had some turkey and got the sleepies. Don't blame him!
Smudge, at this time of year, napping is most appropriate.
Charlee: "How funny, Smudge, that's us 99% of the time too. Well, not Oona. But the rest of us."
Oona: "Oona has got things to do, unlike the rest of you slackers."
Charlee: "What kind of things?"
Oona: "THINGS!!!"
You look so sweet sleeping!
Smudge, we're glad Mom and Dad got to enjoy Thanksgiving together. And you surely do look relaxed, sweet girl. e think that's purrfectly fine. XO

To a great degree, a sleeping cat is a happy cat.
I'm glad they at least get to spend time together at the bosses house over the holidays.
