Illusion O'Floof

I guess it's just the angle, but this photo gives my tail a lot more floof than it actually has.   Here, I was sitting atop dad while he and mom were still in bed.  When I think it's time for them to get up this is one of the rousing techniques I use.

Other techniques include walking all over them, using my litterbox and then sitting on/near their face, staring at them until they move, facing away from them/flashing my butt and generally restlessly moving around/on/over them til they get so annoyed they get their lazy human butts out of bed.  Y'all are with me on this, no?

Cleo MOL MOL MOL to Dad's challenge. As my daddy used to say "my tongue is in front of my eye teeth and I can't see what I'm saying".
A Tortie girl has to do what she has to do and you do it with such grace and charm

your a kitty after my own heart, using the potty then flashing
the lovely hind end is purrfect. I use the scratchy post in the
bed room and makes lots of scratchy noises Lynn just can not
sleep through. That's how I get 5:30 AM crunchies.

Your tail looks floofalicious here, for sure, Cleo. Great job on getting your mom and dad out of bed. Yes, I am with you, girl! A cat's gotta do what a cat's gotta do. Right? XO - Ava

I remember it well! I used to wake up with Eric on the top of my head and Flynn's butt shoved in my face.

That's very smart sweet Cleo, you're very determined!

Your tail does look fluffy. My cats do most of those things. Rosie likes to pull open the shade to let the light in and Joanie pushes the phone ( landline) on the floor.

Cleo, Sweetie just meows right in my face to get me up.
Although, she tries a morning vomit sometimes too, which propels me outta bed pretty fast!

Absolutely Cleo! I've recently started combing the mom bean's hair with my claws. Not sure why, but that usually gets her moving. MOL!

Cleo, these are some wonderful ways to get mom and dad up. We get the butt in the face in the morning to wake us up. Thanks for sharing. Have great rest of your day.

Those are excellent techniques. As a last resort, we like to softly touch our humans on the face. Purrs, Snoops and Kommando Kitty
