Well, it's No Deck, But

I guess it'll have to do since walking back to Wilmington isn't really something I'm interested in doing.

Our deck was nice out there, and I got all the sun I could ask for, but I do have a few spots in this house where the puddles collect at certain times of the day, and I'm getting familiar with where they are.  This particular puddle is under the table between mom and dad's chairs in the living room.  I was able to enjoy the sun before they got the carpet, but it's even better now (dad's too lazy to go back and put these photos in order).

They put a table in front of a window in the extra bedroom with a chair next to it and a small box next to that for me, but so far I haven't been interested.

Do all y'all have favorite spots to soak up your sun puddles?

Even if you don't have a deck to get those sun puddles, it looks like you have found some very good ones there.

I'm sure glad you were able to track down those sunpuddles sweet Cleo!

Cleo..NOPE I would not advised a trek down East. It would wear your your paws. Golly gee you do have lots of puddles though.
Angel Madi used to follow the sun around the 2nd floor this time of year. The skylight shades are up and the sun is glorious. Sun on carpet is doubly nice

Cleo, it's not easy to reshuffle photos in this newest version of Blogger, so I feel your dad's pain!
Depends on how OCD we want to be; somedays it's high, other days it's slap'em up there and GO!
I love the way the sunshine makes your glorious fur colors shine, Cleo...you are a looker!

The sun puddles here change a bit with the seasons, but I can always find some by the double doors that look out at the back patio.

Glad you enjoyed some warm sun puddle!

Cleo those are really nice spots to get sun. Our house has crummy windows and sun puddles only come by for a short time each day and this time of year they are gone. *Sigh*

Sun Puddles are scarce around here. There is very little sun this year. Just goes to show you how miserable the year is.

Is there anything more beautiful than a sun-kissed tortie?

Peno had a puddle under the futon in late afternoon. Occasionally Rupert would join her, but no one else was allowed.

Oh YES, I have to follow the sun in the living room during the day... but it can get dangerous because I'm in the MIDDLE of the walking path on the floor..... so far, I haven't gotten stepped on.....
(Watson reporting for myself today.... and I have gotten even rounder during this COVID thing, too, so I take up more floor space!)

Our Jezebel prefers her heating pad to searching for sunshine. :) But she's ancient, so we don't blame her. And your fur is looking fantastic, Cleo. That final photo really does your pretty self justice.

Our sunny room is our favorite spot to soak up the rays but in the winter, it's too cold out there. Mom beans bed and the carpet in her room gets some sun puddles so that's our favorite place in the winter.

Enjoy your sun puddles!
