Oh, and yeah, my mom does that things with books, too. Either that or it's her weird addiction to Lost, which, yes, she watches all the time. That's the last time we get her dvd sets for her birthday.
Glad to see your back. Just go under the book and got in their face. That's what I do to mom. After about three times ,she puts the book down and pays attention to me. Yes she says cross words to me as she pets me. But I am to cute for her to stay mad at me. Let me know if it works for you. Dusty
Funny- I get the cross words from them (dad, especially)too!!
My Mommeh spends hours reading, too. It seems very boring! But now that she has her Kindle Fire, she's constantly ordering up new books. Has your dad read the Wool Omnibus (all 5 parts together) by Hugh Howey? My Mommeh loved that, even though it is not the sort of book she usually reads.
Welcome back xo
Ah, so sad. TBT has that reading addiction too. We've done all we can ta stop it. Demanding attention, flopping down on the books, pretending there are monsters in the closets... Nothing werks.
Might have to give that a read! Welcome back :o)
P.S. Hope you can stop by the blog at our new location to check out our latest giveaway ;o)
