In a time of so much hard-to-watch, angering crap going on out there, I thought I'd share some random non-me stuff in hopes of spreading some happiness.
My dad- somewhat reserved, kinda boring, and not always much fun- is the proud owner of some new pajama pants. He and mom did some post-Christmas shopping recently and came home with these.

Mom says they make her so happy. Dad says he just loves how soft and fluffy they are. I'm still trying to work out why a 64-year-old man would want to wear something like this.
As you may remember, dad spent Christmas week babysitting the boss's pooch. Dad often takes pictures of the big ol' lumbering, slobbery goofnut, and he really likes this shot he took during a moment of not galloping through the house like a bull in a china shop.
That's about all I got for this week, folks. I've only got so much in me. I'm pushing dad to make our next post about me and only me. I hope you can find and spread some happiness in these trying times.

Smudge you look adorable at the Header you have and at the selfie at the end! And the soft pj's oughta give you good purchase with yer claws when you jump up fur some warm leg time. Better than those tough jeans. Can't really rip thru them as easy, mol. The dog did look calm. And he is huge but rather handsome if yer into doggies.

These are trying times indeed. Those of us in Europe are alternating between shaking our heads and scratching them. Those pants did make us smile, though. It was kind of you, Smudge, to allow that woofie picture, but your portrait is of course the loveliest!

Never too old or young to enjoy comfortable and bright floofy clothing. Why should others have all the fun is what I say.

Thanks Smudge 'n' Dad: even a little bit of happy is a good bit of happy in a world that needs happy and so, okay, we'll take and happily accept whatever amount of happy y'all wanna share whether it's happy-pants or a drooling-dog happy or a smudge-pretending-happy-face-photo. Let's all be happy, for a day or more or less.

The dog is very handsome although I agree, he's probably clumsy and prone to running around like a goof. He looks like that kind.
As for the pj pants, they are wonderful. There's something about the things we liked as kids, and keeping that alive in us. Anyway, it's not like they're going to be worn to work, right?

Smudge you are GORGEOUS!!! The lumbering woofie is sooooooo handsome and Dad's pants gave me a MUCH NEEDED laugh!!!! He's a Libra like me and we are quite unique in our clothing choices!! Those pants rock!!
