Oh dear, here he goes again. Bear with me, folks- I have to live with him, so this should be painless for you.
An Assemblage of Legs
a very brief poem by dad
An assemblage of chair legs,
and some table ones, too,
I'll give you one guess
who those others belong to.
Thank you very much. Please hold the applause.
Aww, come on, Smudge. I thought it was pretty good for being cooked up so quick.

Smudge, you have to give us credit, we crazy humans come up with a goofiest poems, stories, photos, you name it. But in the end we love all of our kitties so much. And underneath at all table legs, chair legs, Kitty legs, we know you love your dad.
Ha, ha ... bravo da DaDa. C'mon Smudge, give 'em a little bit of a break (mine Mommy writes silly/stoopid poems all the time). BTW: saw an inspirational quote the other day, it said: Stupid Should Hurt. I'm adopting that!!!
HaHa! That did make us laugh, Smudge! We think you Dad should seriously considering limericks.
Purrs,
The Chans
LOL, that was fun and I agree your dad tries limericks. Maybe not sonnets, that could be pushing it!
Smudge, purrhaps your Dad could try composing an Ode to YOU. Odes are furry long and should keep him occupied for quite a while...
Ahh, not everyone can be blessed like the Bard. Still, there were some lovely images of your smile. I bet the furniture was impressed . . . ;)

Smudge as much as I want to side with the resident Queen Smudge, I applaud Dad!! Well done. I am sure it was your legs that were his inspiration. Now that being said I purely giggled out loud at your comment bubbles so very appropriate.
Dad guess what I survived getting a new Dell desktop...our Lenovo was 8 years old...it has windows 10. It was time.
Thankful x 100 for Geek Squad master...he made it seamless.
I'm still getting accustom to some things...keeps the gray matter active. Bryan will set up the Lenovo in his train room to watch train videos. It is helpful to look at things when he is working on a project. Oh and the new Dell has a 27" curved monitor we love that.
Hugs Cecilia
Terrific poem, and Smudge can just lump it.
That was cute. And your little legs are the best of all. XO
Charlee: "No craftsman could ever make table or chair legs so fine!"
You guys are so cute! You have great gams, Smudge!
Smudge, I can relate. The Lady likes to sing to me. And she ain't no Celine Dion. Not even close. ~Murphy
You have nice legs! Amuse the dad, he can be useful.
Heeheehe! Very fun and funny, you should join us for Poetry Monday. We'd enjoy it if you did.
